Set up by a group of aspiring bullfighters, this restaurant in the lively Argüelles quarter is a tribute to the world of bullfighting, adorned with posters for bullfights and other objects from the world of bullfighting.
Here you can sample different dishes to share, cold meats, and traditional dishes such as ‘broken’ eggs with diced Guijuelo ham, Iberian ham, dogfish fried in batter, and bull’s tail.
