Following the departure of chef Ramón Freixá from Hotel Único, this sophisticated quintessentially Spanish bistro has taken its place, designed to allow diners to enjoy the essence of the city at any time of day. The Colombian chef Mario Vallés is culinary advisor for this European bistro inspired restaurant that serves Mediterranean cuisine with a few nods to national dishes.

El Patio de Claudio is divided into 4 different areas:

• The main dining room: a cosy space that combines natural wood with contemporary details, and where the lush vegetation of the garden is reflected in the prints that line the restaurant walls. A perfect fusion between local craftsmanship and modern sophisticated design.
• The Garden: here you can enjoy a more relaxed dining experience, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy one of their signature cocktails.
• The Atelier: an elegant and exclusive space that can accommodate 8 people, ideal for special celebrations, workshops or an informal meal.
• The Bar: reminiscent of a traditional English bar, this is the perfect place for cocktails, spirits and wines. With details picked out in leather, velvet and wood, it offers a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
