In 2004, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco chose Madrid’s Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood to unleash their culinary imagination and founded this restaurant where you can enjoy the best creative cuisine from Asturias.

The rich culinary traditions of Asturias are transformed into exquisite and delicate dishes such as vegetables with clams, artichokes sautéed in basil oil, bull’s tail meatballs or beans with crab.

The wine list contains a wide variety of wines from different origins, as well as a large selection of cavas and champagnes.
