Located on the top floor of the Hotel B&B in Calle Montera, this space offers privileged views over Puerta del Sol whilst having a drink or a cocktail or some of the international recipes that are on its menu, in which special attention is paid to Latin cuisine.
Each detail in the establishment has been carefully chosen, with hand-carved wooden tables, Goa de Cutipol cutlery, Cookplay crockery and even sustainable Duni napkins. It also has vertical gardens with plants from different continents. With 18 infra-red heating points, the restaurant is perfectly fitted out to withstand low temperatures whilst enjoying the evening.
The menu advocates the fusion of flavours, particularly from South America, and has been designed to share.
