In a rustic environment, in the style of a classic Basque tavern, the recipes offered at this restaurant include delicious meat and fish dishes showcasing the culinary prestige of the north of Spain: cod in Pil-pil sauce, Basque-style and Biscay-style hake, Dantxari steamed steak with virgin olive oil and pepper, stews, cod and potato casserole, clam zortziko, hake cheeks and crab.
Amongst their desserts, all home-made, the restaurant recommends their exquisite thin apple cake with a surprising whole wheat bread ice-cream or their fried milk squares with orange sauce.
