Founded in Lima in 2013, the renowned Peruvian steakhouse has opened its first restaurant in Madrid, in the heart of the city’s Las Cortes neighbourhood, where it combines succulent grilled meats with the soul of Peruvian cuisine. Meat lovers will enjoy authentic flavours and high-quality products.
The restaurant is a sophisticated space combining an open kitchen, signature cocktails and meticulous attention to detail. Spread over two floors, it offers a variety of distinctive spaces and atmospheres: a spacious upper-level dining room; La Barra de Salvador, featuring an extensive menu of signature cocktails and a unique selection of tapas showcasing its Peruvian-fusion cuisine; and El Privado de Salvador, the most exclusive corner, with its own bar and a large dining area to enjoy the full menu.
Housed in a historic building, La Cuadra de Salvador preserves the timeless charm of Madrid’s classic architecture The interior design respects the original essence of the property, integrating noble materials such as wood, leather and wrought iron in a design that combines contemporary elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
In their menu, premium cuts such as USDA Prime Black Angus and Japanese A5 wagyu are combined with the tradition and flavour of Peruvian cuisine. Iconic dishes such as Salvador's anticuchos, lomo saltado, and ossobuco with purple corn reflect the fusion of modern techniques with traditional Peruvian flavours. The experience is rounded out with over 150 carefully selected wines, including rare finds such as the exclusive Dom Pérignon Plénitude P3 1992.
The signature cocktail menu features drinks crafted with Peruvian spirits like pisco, gin and whisky, including the acclaimed Black Whiskey, named the best in the world in 2023. Among the most celebrated offerings are the various pisco sours, reinterpreted with contemporary touches that pay tribute to their Andean origins.
La Cuadra de Salvador also offers a refined entertainment experience, with live music featuring a saxophonist in an intimate, elegant setting, accompanied by a singer who moves between tables performing contemporary hits.
