Opened in December 2020 in Carabanchel, very close to the Pradera of San Isidro park, this gastrobar headed up by Daniel Holguin (actor, creative and chef) and María Moreno (journalist, creative and scriptwriter) brings Extremadura’s most outstanding flavours to our city, proposing dishes made with ingredients from that region and combining tradition with innovation.
This stylish restaurant, which can accommodate up to 90 people, is divided into three sections: a lively bar area, a cosy dining room and a charming interior terrace.
The menu features several dishes that take us on a culinary journey to Extremadura, centred on the region’s star product, acorn-fed ibérico pork. In May 2025, it will launch its first tasting menu, with suggestive new dishes, paying homage to the cuisine of Extremadura.
Culture also features prominently at Come, Bebe, Ama, offering small acoustic concerts and giving artists from all disciplines the chance to exhibit their art.
They are currently taking bookings over the phone and WhatsApp.
