Clos Madrid

The Asturian sommelier Marcos Granda (owned of the Michelin-starred Skina in Marbella), has set up in Madrid with this restaurant, located between Nuevos Ministerios and Cuatro Caminos, where you can enjoy an ode to good wine and its producers, accompanied by traditional haute cuisine made with premium ingredients, boasting a Michelin star since 2019.

The restaurant has a small bar area that leads into a large luminous dining room, with an open kitchen and glazed wine cellar. The dining area can seat up to 26 people, and there is also a private dining room for 6. Every single detail is exquisite in terms of the tables and service.

The Clós experience consists of three options: Tasting menu, which includes 9 courses and 2 desserts; a la carte menu, with three courses to choose from the menu, both for lunch and dinner; and the Clósicos menu , available at lunchtime only. The dishes vary according to the season. The wine cellar is made up of a selection of more than 300 wines from small producers.

Marcos Granda has another Michelin-starred restaurant in Madrid, Toki, where you can enjoy Japanese haute cuisine.
