Opened in September 2022, this restaurant in the Justicia neighbourhood was initially founded by Argentine chef Juan D´Onofrio and Brazilian chef Gabriel Sodré (who is no longer with the project). It invites diners on a culinary journey around the world, with the flavours of the Mediterranean and Japan as the starting point, in addition to Italian cuisine, a little from Mexico, the Basque Country and even New Zealand, creating an open menu that steers clear of tradition. Awarded a Michelin star in the 2025 edition of the prestigious guide.
Recommended in the Michelin Guide, the bistro décor has an industrial feel with an open kitchen. There is also a section called La Trasera at the back of the restaurant, with just two tables and a semi-circular bench, where diners can extend their experience in an intimate and cosy atmosphere, either before or after lunch. Soon, La Trasera will also serve signature cocktails.
The menu serves signature dishes, including cured and grilled dishes, along with fermented and pickled dishes and exquisite broths. The dishes are adapted to the seasons and the available ingredients.
The wine list, managed by Ismael Álvarez, includes more than 270 national and international references.
