Castelados

Opened in the autumn of 2016, this establishment is the little sister of La Castela restaurant, located very close by, also in the Retiro district. With a more modern touch than its predecessor, this restaurant serves hearty dishes made using premium quality products, served both at the bar and in the dining area.

There is a large stone bar with a tin counter top and several stools for customers to sit up to it, along with high tables dotted around. The dining area is very spacious, separated by a partition, with plenty of natural light. The flooring in the bar and dining area is absolutely stunning, made from Palladian porcelain tiles.

The menu offers several traditional dishes that have been given a modern twist, prioritising quality ingredients and flavour, with a simple, no-fuss approach to preparation.
