Located in the heart of the Salesas neighbourhood, Casablanca Hospitality Group bistro’s seeks to become a meeting point in the neighbourhood, portraying its lifestyle, and combining the concepts of bar, restaurant, café and club. Serving food all day, its gastronomic proposal is designed for sharing.
Casa Salesas is made up of three different spaces, whose interior design is the work of Lázaro Rosa Violán: the upper floor, where the restaurant is located, a cosy main room full of natural light; the ground floor, with a more casual atmosphere; and the terrace, where views of the Longoria Palace (SGAE), one of the most iconic modernist buildings in Madrid, can be enjoyed. Food and cocktails are available in all of them.
Mabel Hospitality's kitchen team, led by executive chef Juan Antonio Medina and David Rodríguez, as executive sous-chef, has created an extensive culinary proposal, consisting of a variety of classic All-Day Dining references to be enjoyed at any time of the day. The menu consists of starters and vegetables, pastas, grilled meats and, of course, home-made desserts.
The kitchen is open from breakfast to dinner, serving a wide variety of breakfast options, from healthy alternatives, such as juices and oatmeal bowls, to toast, eggs prepared in a variety of ways and a selection of pastries and sweets, all accompanied by speciality coffee.
In terms of beverages, Casa Salesas offers a selection that evolves throughout the day and adapts to every moment: ranging from aperitifs to signature drinks.
