Opened in 2020, this restaurant run by chef Pedro Gallego is a simple and cosy space where you can enjoy a straightforward menu full of tasty stews and an interesting selection of grilled dishes.
Located in the neighbourhood of Las Cortes, just behind the Spanish parliament building and close to some of the most outstanding museums on the Paseo del Arte (ICO Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, Prado Museum), Casa Mortero offers a minimalist industrial aesthetic, decorated with simple ceramic and clay elements, where you can find traditional cuisine, but with large helpings of creativity.
