This restaurant is the Madrid branch of the legendary grill house in Gipuzkoa where the food made by the chef Iñaki Gorrotxategi revolves around grilled steak, piquillo peppers and vegetables from Navarre.
Retiro district is home to this restaurant that has an open grill in the dining room and boasts a modern, cozy and comfortable decoration.
The menu includes dishes made with seasonal vegetables, grilled meats, cured meats and some fish. The desserts go from traditional rice pudding and custard. As for wine menu, you can find both classical wines and some more modern ones.
Casa Julián de Tolosa has another branch in Madrid at Calle de la Cava Baja, 18.
