Since it was founded in 1975, this Mediterranean cuisine restaurant serves the best paellas and rice following recipes from Valencia. Located close to Moncloa, it sets itself apart for the quality of its dishes prepared with products from the Valencian Community.
In its kitchen, it prepares a wide range of its speciality rice, although its star dish is undoubtedly paella from Valencia. Its success is based on the use of 100% natural ingredients that offer a special touch to the fumet, the base for paella, and the use of basic ingredients, such as saffron without any substitutes that detract from the flavour and value.
It also prepares magnificent rice: thick rice broth with monkfish and clams, with lobster, black rice or senyoret rice, among others.
The menu is rounded off with fish, meats, a range of starters and dishes to share.
