The owners of Arima (one of the most outstanding taverns in Calle Ponzano), Nagore Irazuegi and Rodrigo García, have this new gastronomic project located in one of the best areas of the city, next to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. There, signature cuisine that pays tribute to Basque gastronomy can be savoured.
The restaurant occupies an interior space of 180 m2 and 60 m2 of covered terrace (which will be opened soon). It can seat more than 50 diners. The interior design, which is brutalist, deep-rooted and warm, has been carried out by the Lorna de Santos studio, using carefully selected materials, such as Noddum wood and many elements brought from the Basque Country itself.
Its gastronomy includes a menu that varies according to the season, with aperitifs that are reminiscent of the bars in San Sebastian and various dishes based on traditional Basque cuisine with touches of innovation and creativity, prepared with the finest products from the sea and the land.
