Located in one of the most popular streets in Malasaña owing to the countless bars and cafes there, Corredera Baja de San Pablo, this restaurant offers seasonal dishes featuring the biscuit (galleta) as the star ingredient.
With brick walls, wooden floors and shelves and glass cabinets filled with antique objects, this is a pleasant and modern space, offering cuisine that pays particular homage to the sweet treat after which it is named. Its unique proposals include chicken 'breaded' in biscuits and sesame seeds, with a mint, cumin and tzaziki dip, as well as octopus with mashed potato, and veal cheeks with fried yuca and sweet potato.
