Baldoria

The solo adventure of Italian chef Ciro Cristiano, former executive chef of the Big Mamma group, is an Italian restaurant where you can sample the best Neapolitan pizza while enjoying live music from its balcony. Located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, it has been awarded the best pizzeria in Spain and has improved its position in Europe in the prestigious ‘50 Top Pizza Europe 2025’ list, rising to second place in the ranking. It has also won the Best Cocktail List 2025 - Sei Bellissimi Award, which recognises its cocktail list, including the Amalfi Tonic, the Smokey Room or the Truffle Negroni.

Baldoria is an authentic Italian restaurant, focused on product, quality and service, with ingredients from Italy. Their pizza dough is light and spongy, left to rest for 48 hours, and they only use top quality ingredients.

The interior, designed by Estudio Pombo, is awash with colour, present in every corner, with a distinctive Mediterranean feel, both in the crockery and the décor. It has an open kitchen and a balcony with live music and DJ sessions on weekends.

The menu consists of Neapolitan pizzas, homemade pastas and sharing dishes that vary according to the season and the availability of ingredients in the markets. They also serve a wide variety of Italian wines from small producers and signature cocktails, with and without alcohol.
