In the heart of the Chamberi neighbourhood, this Bib Gourmand restaurant, recommended in the Michelin Guide, proposes a culinary combination between Asia and the Mediterranean cuisine, with nods to other global cuisines and a focus on seasonal ingredients.
At the helm of the business, the kitchen and the dining room are Gabriel Zapata, Carlos Langreo and Vicente de la Red, three highly experienced young men enamoured with gastronomy who surprise diners with amazing proposals.
