In the district of Tetuán, very close to Plaza de Castilla, is probably Madrid’s best known grill house serving traditional cuisine from the Basque Country and Navarra. Founded by Pedro Abrego Velasco in 1976, four years after his other restaurant in our city, Mesón Txistu, it has attracted many big names from the world of culture and sport.
The restaurant has three rooms: Donosti, Concha and Igueldo, along with a terrace, and four private dining areas that can seat from 2 to 14 people.
The menu includes the most typical dishes from the Basque Country and Navarra, made using premium quality ingredients. It also offers several tasting menus.
