Having opened their first business in 2009, Iván Morales and Álvaro Castellanos have kept reinventing themselves with new projects, such as this restaurant, spread over 1500 square metres with a large terrace area, located inside the Reina Sofía Museum.
As in their other two restaurants, here Morales and Castellanos blend traditional and modern aesthetic elements with a menu that offers contemporary dishes that are classic at heart. The result of this fusion gives us recipes such as croquettes made with ham or boletus mushrooms, garlic prawns, Madrid's style tripe stew, Russian salad, and chicken wings.
In addition to its culinary offer, Arzabal has a select wine menu, which includes a wide range of denomination of origin wines and champagnes.
