Arahy

Located by the Puerta de Alcalá, on the site where the legendary Club 31 once stood, Arahy is a restaurant that is devoted to premium ingredients and the pleasure of fine food. The kitchen is headed up by chef José Raimundo Ynglada, better known as Mundy, who also owns the restaurant.

The restaurant is decorated in ocean tones, with materials like glass, marble, brass, velvet, etc. Tuna is also the main feature here. The bar enjoys natural light, which serves as a prelude to an establishment whose spaces accommodate private meetings, business lunches or romantic evenings in an organic, dreamlike setting of pure calm.

Arahy's cuisine focuses on top-quality produce, proof of which is its five different ways of presenting bluefin tuna brought from Barbate. Its wine selection includes references from the country’s main wine regions.
