Allegorie

In the heart of Chamberí, this restaurant first opened its doors in November 2023. Its young French chef, Romain Lascarides, seeks to create harmony with his dishes, with a strong emphasis on sauces and creativity. Modern cuisine that respects classic principles, made with premium quality ingredients.

The restaurant is spread over two floors: at street level there is the bar area, which can accommodate up to 24 people, and at the back there are several tables where you can sit and enjoy some tapas or something more substantial. On this floor there is also a private area for 10 people. On the top floor, there is a large dining area with an open kitchen. The dining room, with its elegant yet unassuming décor, can seat more than 40 guests. The adjoining private lounge is modular and can accommodate up to 18 people.

Allegorie has an a la carte menu for the restaurant, a bar menu (with tapas and sharing platters), a lunch menu from Tuesday to Friday and a dinner menu from Tuesday to Thursday. The main menu consists of 6 starters and 5 dishes, with both meat and fish options, along with 5 desserts, made by their master pastry chef. They also offer special menus for events and cocktails to enjoy with your tapas or to round off a meal in the restaurant.

The wine list has 70 Spanish and French wines, including some by the glass.
