Alabaster

This snazzy establishment in downtown Madrid boasts a harmonious and relaxed interior design and a prime location, a stone's throw from El Retiro Park and Puerta de Alcalá. It has two dining rooms and several private rooms, plus a well-lit, comfortable bar area serving a wide selection of tapas and other dishes to share.

With Alabaster, the Galician restaurant group Amicalia Alborada Hostelería has achieved its dream of bringing to Madrid the philosophy and cooking style of Alborada, its restaurant in A Coruña. It is headed up by Óscar Marcos working alongside a large team of kitchen and serving staff.

The menu includes dishes that combine tradition and avant-garde, all made using premium quality ingredients, along with a select wine cellar containing more than 1000 wines with around 600 of them on the menu, including some truly unique and special wines.
