De León bring their cuisine to the heart of the Salamanca Quarter hoping to continue innovating Japanese gastronomy in Madrid.
Located between Paseo de la Castellana and Calle Serrano, this venue focuses mainly on a business clientele, at least at lunchtime. The restaurant shares the chain's same sober trademark, but hopes to surprise customers with a décor that relies on natural lighting as its main ally. As soon as you walk in, you come upon a sushi bar where the kitchen staff prepare the fresh food as customers watch. The menu consists of a selection of dishes prepared with the best raw materials on the market, always with an innovative twist as the restaurant's unmistakable trademark. The large sushi and sashimi selection will delight fans of Japanese haute cuisine. The wine list is definitely one of the restaurant's star appeals. Diners can choose from an array of 300 references, with a surprising selection that focuses on international red and white wines and 21 different champagnes.
