Building Bosque de Atocha

Calle Méndez Álvaro, located in the district of Arganzuela, boasts some of the most interesting buildings in the centre of Madrid.  They include this unique residential building in Calle de Leganés, which has also been voted Architectural Design of the Year 2022 by the prestigious international Outstanding Property Awards in London.

The building, which is intended for rental properties, was designed by Morph Studio and built by Acciona.  It is a sustainable and efficient building created for the well-being of its inhabitants and the planet.  Its name alludes to the initial presence of trees in its design, which were eventually replaced with creepers that will grow and will turn the building into an oasis in the middle of the city centre.

One of the main features is its white laminated façade, which aims to make the most of the natural light in each of the properties in addition to being an aesthetic emblem of the project.
