This old Tavern, located in the Literary Quarter, very near Puerta del Sol, specialises in Jerez wines and manzanilla sherries.
Inside, the dark wood décor and barrels are reminiscent of the setting of mid-19th-century gatherings. The wines are usually accompanied by a small plate of mojama (dried tuna), olives, anchovies or pickles, in classic Madrid tavern-style.
Docking stations:
- Sevilla (calle Alcalá, 27)
- Puerta del Sol A y B (Puerta del Sol, 1)
- Plaza de Santa Ana, 10
Mon - sun: 12:30pm - 3:30pm / 7:30pm - 12am
