This unique house, located in Ciudad Lineal, is one of the remaining urban buildings that bear witness to the legacy of engineer Arturo Soria, based on combining country and city living, and the fight against real-estate speculation.
The property is a small bourgeois two-storey hotel with a prominent glass gallery adorning its facade and columns either side of the entrance gate linked by ornate brick arches. The house was built in 1904 and belonged to the site manager and contractor of Compañía Madrileña de Urbanización, Manuel González y González.
It is currently the headquarters of the Maile León Psycho Ballet Foundation.
