Founded by a Galician and an Uruguayan, this restaurant close to Paseo de Recoletos offers the meats from all around the world made on the grill situated in full view of the diners. It is a tribute to the grilled food that also serves a wide selection of Spanish and international wines.
The restaurant has an elegant and simple interior decorated in wood and inspired by the Uruguayan hacienda. The original wood beams and cast-iron columns have been left in place, playing with the black and white.
The menu consists of grilled starters like chorizo sausages, morcilla (black pudding) or vegetables, salads, a wide selection of meats from Argentina, Uruguay, Australia, USA, Germany, Netherlands and Spain and several desserts.
