Honest Greens

Inspired by the healthy cuisine tendency that is all the rage in New York, Los Angeles and Sydney, this restaurant has become a pioneering establishment in Spain, favouring a healthy lifestyle and offering an alternative to clients who want to eat tasty food as well as feeling well. 

In the heart of Madrid's financial district, Honest Greens offers a menu designed by chef Benjamín Bensoussan, including dishes with no added sugars, no processed or refined foods, and adapted to different diets (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, low in carbohydrates and paleo), based on fresh, healthy, seasonal products supplied by local farmers and suppliers who produce in a responsible and sustainable way.

Seating up to 100 people, this restaurant has a large open kitchen used for show cooking demonstrations, where you can also see all the products used. It is a fresh dynamic space that adapts to different times of day. It is open to the outside thanks to its covered terrace.
