This restaurant run by the expert in Thai cuisine, Andy Boman, is tucked away in a quiet street in the Prosperidad neighbourhood and merges Asian cuisine with Swedish, Japanese and Spanish products.
Andy Boman, a cuisine globetrotter whose trips have taken him to countries with such diverse gastronomy as the Congo, Switzerland, Thailand, Australia or Greece, prepares a dozen proposals accompanied by a suggestion of the day, which are surprising due to their curious names, original combinations and varied flavours. Each sauce, marinade and preparation is homemade for hours to create dishes among which the belly pork bao in a Cantonese broth or green sea curry with basil stand out.
