This restaurant, located in the heart of Malasaña, captures the authentic spirit of a traditional bar or eatery.
Sitting up to the bar, you can order tapas at any time of the day and sample their delicious pickles, salted fish and preserves.
The traditional character of Casa Macareno is in all the little details, but also in the dishes served, devised by Pepe Roch, including ibérico pork and truffle croquettes, shrimp faux risotto, and slow-cooked lamb, among other dishes, as well as wonderful desserts.
From Monday to Thursday they serve a fixed-price daily menu for €15.
