This restaurant, located in the well-known Calle de Fuencarral, is a fantastic option to enjoy Italian cuisine in Madrid, in a cosy place where you can see the pizzas being prepared behind a glass panel, displaying the wood-fired ovens and how the chefs work.
This is a happy and informal restaurant, which boasts a wood-fired stove where dishes such as tortello zucca, stuffed with pumpkin, with foie gras and a reduction of Pedro Ximénez, egg and truffle pizza, with a boletus and ceps base, or the Cantaábrian Burrata, with anchovies from Santoña, extra virgin olive oil and a reduction of balsamic vinegar are prepared.
The chain has other restaurants on 6 Gran Vía, on 114 Atocha and on 36 San Juan de Ortega Street in Las Tablas.
