The prestigious Iberian cold meats and hams company Joselito, which has been around for over a century, has opened its first shop in Madrid with a tasting bar, combining the characteristics of a traditional cold meats shop with its specialist service and those of a tasting bar where you can try the brand’s products.

Served by a master at slicing Iberian ham with a knife, there are rolls, hot and cold tapas, dishes to share... a wide range of possibilities involving Iberian produce.The creamy Iberian shoulder or ham croquettes or the LC Piquillo peppers grilled with bacon are highly recom- mended. Soon there will also be offerings from Joselitolab, cre- ated by Ferran Adrià.
