Los Ferreros

The current owner’s great grandfather sets up a grocery shop in one of the streets that have access to Plaza Mayor. It was the town centre of the Madrid of Galdós. The founder turned it into a butchery.

Due to the influx of tourists, other products have been added such as cheese, boiled hams, wine, saffron, and other Spanish ones.

The shop’s look has been improved but still keeps the previous traditional style shown in the angels with hams figures painted during the last year of the XIX century.
