This restaurant, the more casual brother to the prestigious Askua, in Valencia, was launched by brothers Jorge and Nacho Gadea, who, since 1994, have been putting a new twist on traditional cuisine that prioritises premium ingredients.
Askuabarra offers a number of different sharing platters as well as fish and meat dishes. To accompany your meal, you can choose from over 50 wines on the menu.
