Opened in 2013, this minimalist restaurant located in the Barrio de las Letras neighbourhood is committed to sustainability, offering an informal dining experience with dishes prepared by chefs Javier Goya, Javier Mayor and David Alfonso, made using premium quality ingredients.
The establishment is divided into three different areas to savour its dishes: the bar, where you can have informal tapas, a VIP area for 12 diners and a main dining room, where a family atmosphere has been created so that clients feel at home.
The menu is a journey of flavours. Traditional flavours, paying tribute to their origins with traditional and world cuisine, contributing flavours from other countries and cultures that they discover on their travels. The dishes they propose are the bold new face of our cuisine, elevating great classics through new techniques, achieving the perfect fusion between tradition and technique.
