Located at No. 5 Calle Julián Romea, in the heart of Chamberí, it offers Mediterranean cuisine always guided by respect for flavour and attention to detail.
It is strongly committed to using quality seasonal ingredients, preferring flame grilling and wood firing. The kitchen prepares different cuts of meat to be flame grilled, with the unique touch that only a wood fired oven can create in traditionally roasted suckling pork and lamb.
The restaurant is divided into several areas: the main dining room where you can enjoy its menu inspired by seasonal products; the Marmalé Room, for a more informal atmosphere, the perfect place for that first coffee of the day with toast, or its delicious light bites or flame-grilled dishes. At the back, there is a large screen where you can follow all the events, or it can be used for projections at your parties and events. Finally, the Indoor Terrace is an interior garden filled with lush plants that can be enjoyed all year round. The ideal place for a ‘quick’ pre-dinner drink or snack, although you might end up staying there for hours and hours.
