Traditional authentic pub located in the Plaza Mayor. Open since 1976, it specialises in good beer served properly and vermouth from the barrel accompanied by traditional Madrid tapas: battered squid, garlic fries with Iberian bacon, Madrid-style tripe stew, Galician-style octopus, garlic prawns, Iberian free-range cured ham and pork loin, prepared freshly rice dishes, and Santoña anchovies.

It has a magnificent heated terrace on the Plaza Mayor opposite Casa de la Panadería that can hold up to 100 people, serving special menus for groups and celebrations in an unbeatable setting. Breakfast served every day until 12 midday
