The house speciality of the Asunción family is rice, and indeed, they produce some of the finest rice dishes in Madrid, in Chamartín.

You can choose from a range of recipes, but especially delicious are the Valencian paella, the arroz a banda, a simple rice dish cooked in fish stock, and perhaps the best, arroz del senyoret (where the ingredients are pealed so you don't have to get your hands dirty).
