This restaurant has been offering the best of Segovian cuisine in central Madrid for more than 20 years, with roasted suckling pig and lamb.

The meat offered on its menu comes from Segovia, which means that the suckling pig enjoys the Denomination of Origin of the city. What's more, if you wish, you can order the food to enjoy at home. As long as you're prepared to go to the restaurant to collect it.
