In the year 2000 a new Mexican restaurant chain was born in order to bring to Madrid the authentic Mexican food, and not the invention USA has taught us. In this place, they give a great importance to interior decor. They take us to the Aztec world through their colourful tables and through their walls, full of traditional sayings.

Their menu deserves the best remarks because it is not limited to the typical nachos and tacos as in many other Mexican restaurants. On the contrary, they have the authentic quesadillas and nopales salad (a kind of cactus). Besides, they use real corn tortillas. If you are not afraid of spicy food, you should order pollo cabreado, angry chicken, and in case you are not very hungry, some melted cheese with flower should be enough. But what you can’t miss are their tamarind, mango, strawberry or lemon margaritas, the thicker, the better.

However, if you expected something more traditional you should order a tequila bandera.
