In 1999, this restaurant opened its doors in the neighbourhood of Chamberí, creating the atmosphere and tradition of a Basque cider house.
In this bustling rustic restaurant, you can sample a wide array of typical Basque tapas, where cod is the star ingredient. It also offers an extensive range of fish and meats grilled over oak charcoal.
Sagaretxe has a bar area with stools as well as a few low tables, a dining room and an outdoor terrace.
