Located in a small nook in the Ópera neighborhood, opposite the majestic Teatro Real, this cozy restaurant of Parisian reminiscences, founded in 1991 by renowned chef Marcel Margosian, offers top-quality dishes, so making a reservation is a must, given its limited size.
La Esquina del Real offers the finest classic French cuisine, with the home-made foie-gras as the stellar dish on its menu and numerous sauces to accompany it. This can be preceded by a warm cheese salad and washed down with one of the great wines from its cellar, finishing off with any of their home-made desserts.
The bistro is decorated with copper pots and trinkets brought from France, all surrounded by large stone pillars, wooden beams, exposed brick and pleasant, intimate lighting.
