Opposite El Retiro Park, this restaurant serving German cuisine offers classic, elegant and intimate decor inspired by the second half of the twentieth century. Founded in 1943 by Otto Horcher, it is now a classic restaurant in Madrid that still enjoys the same prestige of yesteryear.
Some of its dishes date back to its beginnings , especially game dishes, such as the hare, the roasted quails or the hamburgers made with beef sirloin and veal meat minced with the traditional knife.
It is well-known for its service as well as its Central European culinary touches, which contribute to the gastronomic quality of the city.
