This restaurant has maintained its traditional feel since 1964, decorated in old fashioned upholstery, with bull fighting posters from the last century and unusual antiques.

But they are also traditional when it comes to the food, offering typical Madrid fare such as Callos a la Madrileña (Madrid-style tripe) and Bartolillos de crema (custard filled pastry tarts), oxtail and during the fiesta of San Isidro, "Agua Azucarillos y Aguardiente" (sugared water and Grapa)
