Information

Casa José is on the Andalucía road (A4) in the town of Aranjuez and serves signature cuisine prepared by Chef Fernando del Cerro, whose family own this homely restaurant. They started off in the trade in the 1950s with a modest premises and opened Casa Jorge in 1991, earning a Michelin star that same year.

The venue has two separate spaces: the ground floor holds the atelier where you can see the chefs cooking live and the upstairs holds the dining room. The star of the menu is the produce from the local gardens. They have two set menus: a tasting menu and a shorter one with 6 courses. The wine cellar is an important part of their offer. Armando del Cerro, the sommelier, has confectioned a list with classic wines and the best new ones.
