Russian food is not yet very well known in this country, something Rasputin aims to change. Located in one of Madrid's most fashionable areas, La Latina, and very near Plaza de la Paja, it looks like it has been transported from another era, with its earth and wood toned décor. It is a relatively small restaurant, with seating for 60 diners, making it the ideal spot for a romantic meal. The food is excellent and it's worth ordering a few dishes. Recommendations from the wide range of delicious dishes on offer include Blinis with black caviare and turkey Strogonof.
