Located in the Salamanca district, in the centre of Madrid’s Golden Mile, this minimalist restaurant is named after a type of rice, since "Inari" means rice in Japanese.
Opened in 2007, it has quickly positioned itself as a reference point in the international culinary offering of Madrid. The restaurant offers a wide variety of high quality options, including the tuna tartar, unagui sushi, pez-mantequilla and salmon, makis special and his famous homemade gyozas. Inari kitchen and sushi bar offers a selection of traditional and avant-garde dishes of Japanese cuisine. They specialise in California rolls and makis, like soft shell crab rolls.
