An Electrifying Journey: An Iberdrola Immersive Experience

Iberdrola is celebrating its 125th anniversary with an exhibition devoted to the technological evolution and the future of electricity. This exhibition can be seen in the Glass Gallery (Cibeles Palace) from 22 September to 20 October.

The exhibition takes visitors on a journey that connects the past, present and future to understand how electricity has transformed our society and our lives through an immersive experience that includes the use of state-of-the-art mixed reality glasses.

Through interactive spaces, visitors will learn about the basics of electricity, revisit the electrification milestones from the earliest electrical systems to today’s more modern and sustainable solutions, and discover the technologies that will define our future.

In addition to entertaining and surprising, the exhibition is an invitation to spark curiosity, inspire careers in science among the younger generations and understand how electricity has lit up and will continue to light up our daily life while paving the way towards a more sustainable world with more development opportunities for all.
