The Men's National Basketball Team will be at the Multi-purpose Stadium at Caja Mágica on 2 July to play against the Danish national team. This is the first of the two matches that will close the first phase of the qualifying rounds for the FIBA World Cup in Qatar 2027.
#LaFamilia (The Family) returns to competition in the third match of the Qualifying Phase for the 2027 World Cup in Qatar. In the last matches in this initial qualifying phase, the National Team, which has already qualified for the next round, will play against Denmark at home and Georgia away.
The team will fight to secure first place in the group and accumulate its fifth victory against Denmark, a team it already beat in Copenhagen in the National Manager’s debut.
Spain has played against Denmark in official matches on of five occasions. The last time #LaFamilia (The Family) played against the Danish team was at home. The match was played in Madrid and was the qualifying phase for the EuroBasket 2003.
